Terms and Conditions of Sale

Minimum Orders

We do not have a minimum order, however orders under $50 are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
Drop shipments below $50 are subject to an additional $5.00 handling fee.
3rd Party Shipments are subject to a $3 handling fee per carton for processing and packaging costs.

Returns and Exchanges

All parts orders are considered final sale and no returns allowed.

Items which are new and unused can be returned within 30 days of sale for exchange or refund.
Returns or exchanges are subject to restocking and repackaging costs up to 15% must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice and noting the reason for return.
Under no circumstances will used items be allowed for credit.

Any item that is a medical device or is sealed cannot be returned once it has been opened. Please ensure that you have the correct item before opening. This includes all operatory handpieces including angles and surgical tubing.

Repairs

We take great pride and effort in maintaining spare parts for a minimum of 5 years and in most cases much longer.

Most repairs are warranted for 90 days.

Items sent for repair will be provided an estimate prior to commencing work.

Items sent for repair that remain unclaimed beyond six (6) months from their receipt are considered abandoned.

Warranty

All handpieces are warrantied for 6 months and electronics for 1 year from the date of final sale.

Proof of sale is required for any claims. Items must be returned prepaid to Ram Products and warrantied items will be returned at Ram’s expense.

We do not offer any loaners. Warranty is voided if misused, use other than intended use, improper or lack of maintenance including rust from chemicals or oiled electric handpieces. Please note bearings and carbon brushes are normal wearing parts and not subject to warranty.

Payment Terms

We offer net 30 day terms from invoice date to dealers who have provided satisfactory references and who remain within those terms. Dealers paying by credit card are to provide payment at the time of shipment.

Shipping

We do insure shipments over $50 for your protection and ours. Those using their own shipping methods accept all risk of loss or damage FOB our warehouse.
